Warranty

Items are warrantied against defect for a period of 6 months after purchasing. If you believe there is a defect with your item please contact us at contact@enchantedmothhollow.com and include the following:

Item name & color (if applicable)

Invoice number

Description of the defect

Photos of the defect (if possible)

If it is indeed a defect, we will pay for return shipping and either repair or replace the item. Outside of the 6 month warranty period we may still be able to repair your item; however, you will need to cover shipping plus a nominal repair fee to cover parts and labor to be discussed when submitting request.

Returns

Items are eligible for a refund for 30 days from delivery date. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee for items returned unopened and in their original condition, however a restocking fee may apply for returns of products damaged by the customer. 

Stocked items may be canceled at any point before they ship, at which point cancelation will no longer be possible. Custom and made to order items may be canceled until work has begun on the item and will vary on a case by case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible to cancel a custom or made to order purchase.
